Julio is a legend! He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my order and that all was processed correctly. I realised after receiving my fans that I should have taken 3 x 120 instead of 2 x 140. Not only did he exchange the fans but he also PERSONALLY went to the supplier to pick up the new fans to ensure that I could build on the same day and then delivered them to me while at the same time not charging me a cent. Absolute legend! Will definitely buy from him in the future.

I believe this was my third order placed with RebelGaming and as with the others it went off without a hitch. Julio even split my order because the one item would hold back the entire delivery. It was sincerely appreciated and shows his personal touch in everything he does. Great service and will keep coming back.

I am really happy that I found out about Rebelgaming. At first I thought the prices were too good to be true but I was extremely happy when I received my delivery in just 5 days. Shipped all the way from the Western Cape to Mpumalanga. It's definitely my new go-to retail store!

There's a very simple reason why Rebel Gaming, as of my review, has a 5 star rating. I ordered a Keyboard from this website for about R800 in total. Not extremely expensive, but also not very cheap. Regardless, when I made my order, Julio the owner sent me an email from his personal email address to confirm everything and asked me to let him know when it arrived. But unfortunately it was faulty. As soon as I told Julio this, he personally called me and did not stop until he found a fix for my issue. He got the keyboard picked up from my house the day it was delivered and went straight to the distributor to get me a new one that was not faulty. If I could rate the customer service independently of everything else, it would be a 10/10. Julio is super nice and clearly wants to ensure his customers receive the best service possible. Thanks again to Rebel Gaming and Julio for the excellent website and service!

EDIT: 2 years later and the company still performs great. Part was ordered and delivered accordingly. Many thanks for the continuous 5 star service! I have only recently heard of this company. There are just so much out there.. but not like this. The service I received from Julio ( Co-Founder ) is probably one of the best I have experienced. It felt personalized, not like someone was trying to just sell you something and rush the deal. He went the extra mile to find something for me without even asking for it. After purchasing, Julio still kept in touch wanting to know if everything was received and in good order. Safe to say, the bar is set pretty high here for others. A much needed service in this industry indeed! I wish this company all the success for the future, definitely worth it.

Best supplier I've dealt with, hands down - and I've dealt with them all. Julio has gone above and beyond many times for me and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Products are shipped fast from CPT and JHB warehouses and get delivered quickly. Clear communication and a real personal experience with any technical issues.

I have been building personal PC for a while now and never have I experienced such short turnaround times,I got great customer service on my desired Ram and was on my doors step 2 days after the order,as a first time user I will definitely be back!

I've been a pc enthusiast for about 10 years now and I've dealt with many different company's over this period. But NEVER have I received this tipe of service. Rebel Gaming in my opinion has the potential to be the biggest computer store in all of africa because they dream it with their customers and keep their interests at mind. I've dealt with all the other stores in between and lets just say the service was like going to a restaurant and having a Trainee take your orders.(Poor) BUT Rebel Gaming has a goal of pleasing their customers and helping them to build their dream machines whether its customer support to good prices. Thanks to Rebel Gaming for being my favourite PC store and thanks for helping me get a 3080 when I could not find one anywhere else.
